I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company!  They provided three dumpsters on time and continue to service our park with ontime service, very good clean up, and overall we are more than satisfied. On Monday July 27th  my husband emptied trash into the dumpster just as the  sanitation truck was there to empty the dumpster. Approx 10 minutes later we discovered that a bag containing a new set of phones for our store had accidentally been tossed in the dumpster !
I made a call to Patriot office and informed them what had happened.
Thanks to the quick  response from the receptionist who answered the call and contacted management, the owner was able to get the truck to come to the unloading dock to see if they could find the bag that contained the phones .
Approx 20-30 minutes later the owner came to our shop and  delivered the bag with the phones !!!
We cannot thank you enough for going out of your way to help find the phones & then go the extra mile to bring them to us !
You are definitely an outstanding organization for sure and we highly recommend a 5 star rating for Patriot Sanitation

Haven't even started service yet but this company has already been great! Contacted several companies about waste services prior to our move - Patriot had by far the best communication. Friendly emails back right away - from a real person! They said our trash cans would be delivered before we even moved in - and they are there! I am very happy to have found such a responsive waste management company!
